Did not patch anything, I used the following guide

Overview I'm no expert on this at all, but I've been at this one for a while and I finally found a way to get Mac OS working on this laptop using fidele007's original guide (but modified a little of course). drivers64UEFI is wrong, too many files, also you have doubled up on them as well, remove the extra ones

also use only one of these:
OsxAptioFixDrv, OsxAptioFix2Drv, OsxAptioFix3Drv or AptioMemoryFix.efi

SMCHelper-64 should be removed if you are using VirtualSMC.kext and replace it with virtualsmc.efi

you don't need 4x SATA* kexts, only one is needed

AppleBacklightFixup.kext is not needed with latest whatevergreen.kext

AsusNBFnKeys.kext should be replaced with AsusSMC.kext

BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext doesn't belong in clover, the Data version should be in there

FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext is probably not needed

using a desktop smbios is very wrong, use a laptop one instead MacBookPro13,1 would be a better choice

I have done everything as u mentioned except for the smbios, what do else do I need to get out of the ACPI loop and get the battery status working?
