Since Chromebooks use a proprietary BIOS, I would think the hardest step in getting OSX to run on one would be finding a stock BIOS to flash on it. I'm pretty sure it's possible (I've done it on my Cr-48), but I don't know if one exists for the C710, and if it does, driver support would probably be pretty limited.
