Is it possible to install mac osx on acer chromebook (c710)????

If i had to say so, not at all. Mac OSX requires anything above an Intel Atom and I would definitely say... maybe. I did a quick search online and some people are running on a celeron cpu. honestly, just try it.

Copied and pasted from Acer's website:

Processor & Chipset
Processor Manufacturer Intel
Processor Type Celeron
Processor Model 847
Processor Speed 1.10 GHz
Processor Core Dual-core (2 Core)

Since Chromebooks use a proprietary BIOS, I would think the hardest step in getting OSX to run on one would be finding a stock BIOS to flash on it. I'm pretty sure it's possible (I've done it on my Cr-48), but I don't know if one exists for the C710, and if it does, driver support would probably be pretty limited.

Another stumbling block is that the Intel HD Graphics in the Celeron is not supported in OS X.

sorry about my netiquette and posting in wrong forum before,

also, does that mean that it doesnt work at all, even in a basic mode? like with CI? not QE?

You would be without proper graphics drivers (without QE/CI). It is fine for a file server... but usable laptop... no.
