Install Mac OS X Lion in HP Core i3 ultrabook

Hello, I have an HP Pavilion ultrabook Core I3, it is with Windows 10. I bought the the installation file for appstore macbook my friend and transfer to a flash drive, the file is called, InstallESD.dmg, and transfer the files to it a pendrive and the file is in my computer, transfer to the stick because my ultrabook does not support DVD. I need help instlar the Mac that I bought on my laptop.
