Install kexts after a time

Hi,
First of all sorry if my english is not good.

A year ago, I make a hackintosh and now I want to update it with a graphic card, the 1050gtx

Now, I don´t have a graphic card, I use the integrated.

Should I reinstall the SO? or exists any way to install the new kexts/drivers of NVIDIA?
