Install failure log - please help?

Okay, I'm trying to install Unibeast onto a USB drive. I've formatted the drive as OSX Extended Journaled, single partition with Master Boot Record. I'm on OSX 10.7.5 and I've installed the OS X Lion 10.7.5 Supplemental Update linked in the troubleshooting guide, but it's still erroring out.

UniBeast has detected that your copy of "Install OS X Mavericks.app" is incomplete and you need to download it from the Mac App Store again.

Before you download it again, make sure that:

1) You only have one copy of "Install OS X Mavericks.app" and it's in /Applications
2) Your system language is English
3) You are not using case-sensitive filesystem for /Applications or the target volume
