instal failed, restart and no snow leopard in iboot pls help

I (mis)understand you have 2 dvd drives and 2 Hdd's assembled in your rig...sorry...my fault. Did you tried to install with the parameter -x ?

Try both, PciRootUID=1 -x

yes i did both. multiple times... i even low formatted my hdd

Hmm...i can't discover strange settings in your Bios, beside Onboard H/W 1394. If you don't use a Firewire device i would disable it.

At the chameleon/chimera bootscreen try the arguments like before but add GraphicsEnabler=yes cpus=1 busratio=9 also...it should look like this...

GraphicsEnabler=yes PciRootUID=1 cpus=1 busratio=9

if that not works, additionally type -x at the next try

i am having the exact same problem - did you ever find a fix?



FIXED - accidently had two dvd's hooked up via sata - unhooked so i just had one ssd and one sata hooked up and after i reinstalled everything was fine
