Inspiron 1558 Wifi and ethernet

Hi,

Successful install of Mavericks

Trackpad and keyboard stopped working but fixed it using this http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/295470-guide-–-dell-1558-–-mavericks-1091/

However, I cannot get the ethernet (Realtek
Dev ud: 0x8168
Revid: 0x0003) working

I also cant get the wifi/bluetooth combo device working

Any help would be awesome.

Have installed kext for Realtek ethernet but it threw up an error.
