Inspiron 1525 Keyboard problem

Hi

I have installed 10.7.3 (dual boot whit windows7) to my Inspiron 1525 and when i installed kexts and chameleon, my keyboard didn't work either in the osx either at the chameleon boot screen, when i try to boot up from the installer pendrive the keyboard work at the bootscreen but in the system doesn't. With USB keyboard everything work fine....
Another small problem in the "my mac " my processor speed is 1,81Ghz (T7250 2Ghz) and the memory speed is 667Mhz (2X2Gb kingston 800Mhz), i seen that the cpu work at 725Mhz fsb Why

Can anyone help me??
