Your processor's integrated graphics are unsupported in any Apple OS, you would need a supported graphics card.

Yous system is not supported on MacOS. While others have had some success getting MacOS to run on Z690 systems, you should note that any software incompatibilities (including the OS itself and applications) may never be fixed.

Regardless, if you want to try, you WILL first have to get a supported AMD graphics card as mentioned above.
