Guys, do you know anyway to increase my battery life of my Hackintosh?
I've already disabled GPU. Has stopped my backlight of my keyboard, and I also under-clocked the CPU disabling my turbo boost with Turbo Boost Switcher which is giving 1GHz speed at the time I'm writing this. Still I'm unable to get more than 70 minutes of battery life.
Can upgrading to Big Sur or degrading to Mojave will increase battery life? or what should I do?
I'm on G531GT i7-9750H.
Also, in about this Mac section, it is recognizing my CPU as an i9 instead of the i7. I tried to change the SMBIOS through Clover Configurator, but it still remains i9 no matter what I choose.

My battery issue was solved after i replaced my sata mechanical drive 5400rpm disk with an SSD one, if you have standard disk you can try to disconnect the drive and see what happens.

Actually I installed MacOS on 1TB HDD (I have 256gb ssd + 1tb hdd variant)in which case I can't really do anything I guess.
Any other thing which you might suggest?

You can create a small partition by resizing the windows one on the nvme drive and do a new install there

Well, depends, it is a bit expensive, but the extra speed and the lower power consumption should do, beside this, a mechanical HDD is prone to damage if you move your computer while reading/writing, the magnetic heads fly above the disk at few microns, any move cand brings heads in contact with disk and damage the heads and/or disks, so beside better performance SSD brings as well security

I don't think there exists other bootloaders which are able to hot patch acpi tables, kexts and macos kernel or insert kexts in osx kernel, other than Clover and OpenCore, Coreboot seems to be just an uefi derivate

Is Coreboot like a BIOS firmware or more a bootloader like Clover or OpenCore? Only thing I've found is "firmware" Extensible Firmware Platform. EFP? Not EFI. (same meaning but without the P and the I is interface)

I don't know what Coreboot is, but don't care as long as does not make any use on our case worth to mention that you need to port Coreboot to your hardware which is an almost impossible task, think about why micron nvme ssd does not work in osx and will see what i mean... you don't want to start porting/building/compiling the Coreboot for each motherboard/bios variant...
