Incoming audio not working

Good morning, it's the first time I write and this is my first Hackintosh, if I'm wrong I beg your pardon, the hardware I used is: Gigabyte z370 hd3p, Cpu i5 8400, Asus Geforce gtx 1050, 8 GB ram, crucial , ssd 128 gb, I installed High Sierra 10.13.5, I have a problem with the incoming audio, I hear noise or I can not configure it. I kindly ask you a bit more patience since it is my first experience and I thank you in advance.
