So I'm trying to install OS X Catalina on my computer and every time so far it keeps stopping at the memory stackshot panic, I've looked around and I can't find any solution and I'm hoping you guys can help me sort this out.

The kernel panic information has scrolled off the top of the screen.
You should video the boot process and extract the relevant frame(s) to post here.
