impossible to instann macOS Catalina Security Update 2021-003 (and 004)

Hello,

I'm facing a problem with my NUC10 Hackintosh. My NUC currently runs 10.15.7 (19H1030).
When I try to update to Security Update 2021-003, or to standalone Security Update 2021-003, or to Security Update 2021-004 it goes like this:

the progress bar of installer never reaches the end, it cuts at about 1/6th or 1/5th and reboots.
the OpenCore boot menu is displayed but no option is selected.
if I select the installer from boot menu, it goes to a black screen for few seconds then goes back to boot menu.
I can repeat any number of times, it's always the same.
If I choose to boot from my regular system, it proceed and I'm back to normal.

IIRC I'm using OC 0.5.9 (not 100% sure though), KEXT dates back from 1 year.

Ok, after upgrading OC to 0.7.4 and Kext, I'm good and latest Security update installed without any trouble.
