impossible to disable SIP on osx el capitan

hi, I have a problem, I can not disable SIP on el capitan 10.11.2. I edited the file "config.plist" in efi-clover but without results. <key>RtVariables</key>

<key>BooterConfig</key>
<string>0x28</string>
<key>CsrActiveConfig</key>
<string>0x67</string>

did you add the BooterConfig and CsrActiveConfig values manually to your plist or via clover configurator? If you manually edited, try the other method instead

Your config.plist has the correct settings for SIP disable.

Make sure you're using the config.plist you think you are. Change the theme so you know you're modifying the correct file on the correct partition.
