iMessage SMS forwarding and iPhone handoff not working...

Hi, guys, I have some questions about how to make handoff and sms forwarding work.

I can airdrop between my custom mac and iPhone. there is no problem with airdrop.

my bluetooth chipset does support 4.0 and the handoff.

They both are on the same WiFi and set bluetooth on.


Weird thing is that when I try to activate SMS forwarding on iPhone, my Mac does recognise the signal because the message app turns on right away, but the activation code does not appear...

Anyone has solution? Please help me.... Thank you

This is a tricky bug in Mac OS X and not in your setup possibly. I have had the same experience on a conventional Mac. You may need to completely log out and log back into iCloud on both your Mac and your iPhone. You may need to restore your iPhone. Also, you may need to "refresh" your security settings on your iCloud account, by e.g. enabling and disabling two factor authentication.
