@kgp Curious if you have seen the updated Prime x299 Deluxe II, its ditches a pcie slot for a second m.2, ditches the u.2 ports for 2 more sata ports, has 2 built in thunderbolt 3 usb-c ports, has 2 fullsize DP in ports for TB3, one of the intel ethernet ports was replaced with an aquantia 5G port, supports higher OC'd DDR4 memory and supports the i9-9980XE cpu

it doesn't look like its available yet but I am curious if you think you might upgrade?

@kgp
The section D.2 of your guide (create an installation disk) can be updated to 10.14.1.

Replace:
49/44/041-08708/vtip954dc6zbkpdv16iw18jmilcqdt8uo
with
35/53/091-93471/ff5kp0aiow1d87t494xp5twbugymnlvz16
and replace
041-08708
with
091-93471

I just created an installer like this, and it worked fine.

Thanks for all the great work!

Thanks for the hint, man!

The currently implemented 10.14.0 macOS installer creation procedure does not work any more?

Sorry, I don't know, I didn't even try. I decided to go directly to the 10.14.1, but had to spend some time figuring out the correct hash numbers. In the end I looked at the 10.14.1 installer log and saw the correct links/hashes there.

I would like to leave the 10.14.0 macOS installer creation procedure implemented for some more time due to several reasons. Maybe I will just simply create an additional createInstaller.sh for 10.14.1.Also if you already modified the script you can simply upload it within some post, thus I have not to redo all work.

Sorry, deleted.

How do you clear the nvram with Mojave?

when I run
% sudo nvram -c

I get the error:
nvram: Error clearing firmware variables: (iokit/common) not permitted

Just select your boot partition in the Clover Boot Menu and press F11 instead of Enter to clear the nvram. Your system will reboot subsequently.

Sure, here it goes (the first try had the wrong hash).
