I'm ready to order! Will this work?

Hi,

I am about to order the componentes, but maybe I should ask you guys for comments before pull the trigger. Do you think this configuration will be ok for a good 4-5 years? My main use is 75% office (under MacOS), 20% games (under Windows) and 5% photo/video editing (under MacOS).

As long as you are aware about the extra procedures you will need to perform when using NVMe SSD, you should be fine. More info about NVMe can be found here:

Using a normal SSD for macOS will simplify the installation process.

Thanks for the reply. I know that using a NVMe requires extra tweaking, but I think the speed increase worth it.

Which is the difference between ACHI and not?

for ACHI, you don't have to anything and the computer can "see" the drive. for NVMe, you will have to do something before the computer can "see" it. I do not want the trouble of NVMe drive, so I go with ACHI.
