0x16160006 is invalid. Use 0x16260006. I suggest using RehabMan's config_HD5300_5500_6000.plist which contains nessecary framebuffer patches for 32MB DVMT pre-alloc.

I used the config_HD5300_5500_6000.plist. Since it would not boot to installer I had to make changes (KernelKextAndPatches -> DELLSMBIOS -> YES and ACPI -> DSDT -> PATCHES -> "change EHC1 to EH01" -> DISABLET = YES). I also changed ig-plat-form-id since 0x16260006 is not working as well. Just tried it again.

In theory I have DVMT-prealloc set to 96 mb, by using this guide: https://yourapple.org/guide-cai-yosemite-tren-dell-vostro-14-5480-broadwell-hd5500.t330.html. I don't know how to check it, so I believe it's done.

Should I try to disable framebuffer patches for 32MB DVMT pre-alloc?

If you have an issue, you must describe the issue clearly and attach "problem reporting" files as per FAQ.

Damn it, seems like I lied.... Using the RehabMan's config_HD5300_5500_6000.plist with changes I said worked

Would you like to share your succeeded efi folder for me? I've been succeded install mojave, but there is no sound and qe/ci.
