Attached is the EFI folder minus Apple contents. Is this process what I need to do now?

Okay so I followed the link above and I got the output:

Should I place the resulting SSDT.aml in my ACPI/Patches folder?

Try this. Put DSDT in EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched. Replace config with the one i provide. Note you need to generate a SSDT for Powermanagement.

@VioletDragon - Can you confirm whether I generated my SSDT properly (considering it gave me an error)? Also, since Power Management appears to be working correctly on my machine without DSDT, can you tell me what will change with a patched ACPI?

No. SSDT.aml for Powermanagement is not correct. DSDT is for patching ACPI without it your machine won't work properly. Follow this guide to create a SSDT. Should be using iMac 13,2 not 14,2 it is not correct for your hardware. Quick Guide to Generate a SSDT for CPU Power Management
