yeah I have the same problem but sometimes it goes into a kernel panic and at the end it says system uptime in nanoseconds

Mainboard: gygabite P55-UD3
Cpu: Intel I3-530
Ram: 4GB Kingston Xmax
Graphics Cards: Point of view Nividia 8800GT

You have the i3 530, so what you have to do is type "busratio=22" after selecting the Install DVD.

But now it's OK, except audio.
