Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to install high sierra. I have an extra ssd (860 evo 500gb) and an extra macbook. Could someone tell me if it's possible/point me in the direction to get started? Thank you!

Yes, your build should be compatible with MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (but not Mojave at this time due to the lack of Nvidia web drivers for the 1080 Ti).

High Sierra 10.13.6 yes, if you are using the same motherboard and CPU. Do you also have a 1080 Ti?
