I've done a lot of test for differents combinations... nothing helped me!

Also had some strange issue: when I do "shut-down"... my pc restarts!
I changed some parameters to solve the issue... but the problem randomically persist.

Next test: swap to my old GTX760 (removing RX480).

Still now nothing seems definitely stabilize the comportaments.

Hackintosh is absolutely usable, and I use it without heavy issue.
But a lot of little issue are still present.
It's only my problem?

Think it is quite hard to configure a hackintosh so it works absolutely 100% perfect. So, on some configs, I guess you have to live with some smaller issues.

But since a lot of people seem to have sleep / wake problems starting with 10.13 it would be nice if there was a fix, esp. since it worked perfect with earlier OS versions. However, my shutdown works OK and since I have an almost identical config, I think you may have a separate problem here (that should be fixable). Did you use the config from this guide?

How do I create the USB boot for High Sierra anyone have the command terminal ?

Why not use UniBeast v8? That's what it's create to do?

I keep a copy of this on my High Sierra install USB drive.

Slighty OT: replaced case.
I fit the Rampage IVBE+ Corsair H80i V2 + XFX RX480 + Corsait HX 850i + 1HDD + 2 SDD + 2 NVME SSD in a very very small small case: Riotoro CR1088.
Now my computer with the eatx mobo... is small as a CustoMac MicroATX :clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap:
Note: cable management is a bet...! But with a lot of patience is possible!
I added 2 small 8cm fan and keep the HX850i fan spinning at 40% (always on) for thermal stability.
All is right!
