Update after the bios flash with a more aggressive fan curve the top card previously at 82c now sits at 66-67c so id say that was a success!

After update to 10.11.6 my network speed look to slower I get R/W speed from my NAS

cifs://, smb:// = 15-20MB/s
afp:// = 35-55MB/s

before update 90-100MB/s (10.11.4)

I get 95MB/s Upstream and 115MB/s Downstream from the ethernet port doing apple file sharing in 10.11.6. Maybe a network or router issue?

I try restored back to 10.11.4 my speed Up/Down back to 95-110MB/s

My real Macbook Pro Late 2013 no problem for this issues speed is 110MB/s

I´ve successfully updated my R4E using a CCC USB backup following this guide
