Hi everyone,
I have 3 questions to ask , so please be patient with me since i m not an expert ( not yet
)
First of all here are the choosen parts of the build, the ordered ones will be in bold font:
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K
http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B00KPRWAX8/?tag=tonymacx8607-21
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H
http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B00K2VRAJ6/?tag=tonymacx8607-21
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 GAMING
http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B00NQ862GY/?tag=tonymacx8607-21
RAM: Crucial 32GB Kit DDR3 1600 MT/s (PC3-12800) CL8
http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B007J0BHZQ/?tag=tonymacx8607-21
PSU: Corsair RM650
http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B00F4UYYGM/?tag=tonymacx8607-21
Cooler: Corsair Watercooling H60
http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B00A0HZMGA/?tag=tonymacx8607-21
OR the raijintek Triton ( it actually cost 10$ more than the H60)
http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B00O3KSIUC/?tag=tonymacx8607-21
STORAGE: Samsung SSD 850 PRO + Seagate BARRACUDA
http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B00LF10KTE/?tag=tonymacx8607-21
http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B006BRBSE8/?tag=tonymacx8607-21
CASE: Aerocool DS200
http://www.amazon.fr/dp/B00JR9IOT4/?tag=tonymacx8607-21
1- can i replace the corsair hydro 60 by the Raijintek Triton Watercooling system?
the gamers here consider it to be the best bet for OC CPUs. so i m wondering, will it be a good choice for my hackintoch dual boot ( i ll use also use window for some gaming) or is it possible to face some incompatibility issues?
2- about OC i have been told that the mobo i choose Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H, allow to make an OC, now i have some doubts about that, and i would like to know if OC is worth the try . Of course i also wondering what mobo i sould choose to make oc possible.
3- finally i choose a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 GAMING GPU, since i m not convinced by the GTX X60 series, the reason of that choice is quite simple , i wanted a gpu capable to deliver good perfomance for some years , in BOTH Video editing and gaming . could you give me your opinion about that choice?
thank you for your replies...
