Hello every one
This is my first post on this forum and i hope i could have some help and support on this journey of mine!
YES! im building a hackintosh... actually, im converting my 3 year old pc into a hackintosh for my father and as a result, i will be able to buy for myself a i7 skylake and ddr4, z170 board... AS LONG AS i manage to make this! Or else, my father will simply buy a mac mini for 600$ and i stick to my current gear...
So right now, im looking at the fisrst step of hackintosh build guide, hardware.
I will build:
-i5 4670k running on integrated graphics (4600)
-Asus z87-plus motherboard
-600w uranovx cheapo supply
-Kingston SSD
-(2x4) 8GB 1600mhz Kingston Hyper BEAST
-Hummer 120mm single fan cheap CPU cooler (i get 50 degrees IDLE)
-WIFI tp-link module
*Can anyone, with a lot of experience, confirm if this is a stable build? and will drivers work no problem? is there any OSX better right now?
Keep in mind: I DON'T intend on upgrading MacOS any further or install new hardware and drivers!
ONCE IT WORKS, NOT CHANGING A THING!
