i5 3750k / Z77-DS3H / HD4000 - Crashes after approx 1 minute!

Hi,

My new build crashes after about 1 minute of use. Sometimes it just crashes and I can't do anything. And other times it Kernel Panics.
I have only managed to get it to KP once while in verbose mode and I got:

No HPETs available...CPU(s) configured incorrectly.

I followed this guide to set up my BIOS:
http://www.tonymacx86.com/99-quick-guide-configuring-uefi-gigabyte-s-7-series-lga-1155-boards.html

And these are the options I used in MultiBeast:
User DSDT or DSDT free installation
Drivers - Audio - Realtek ALC8xx - ALC887/888b - v100302 Current
Network - maolj's AtherosL1cEthernet

I use the HDMI out to my TV for the picture.

Have I missed anything or made a mistake somewhere?

Any ideas?

Thanks!

applications->utilities->console and look at your logs to see what may be causing the problem

I will try and get a copy of the log. But it crashes every single time and I only have approx 1 minute before it freezes to get them off :(

It seems to be working OK now!
I reset the BIOS to default - changed the SATA mode to AHCI and all was fine.

I then went through the changes I had made to my BIOS one by one until I found the issue

High Precision Event Timer was the culprit! When it was set to disabled - my system would freeze!

Same problem, thanks!
I dont know why, but when I reset bios to defaults, the HPET is set to disabled..
