I had no choice but to use i3-4130 which has HD 4400.
I did not had a replacement offer to get HD 4600.
System:
Gigabyte G-H87N-WIFI (Bios Updated to F8) (All BIOS settings at default)
CPU i3-4130 with HD4400 graphics (No vt-d to disable in bios as this cpu does not have it)
8 GB RAM
OSX 10.9.4
MultiBeast 6.4.2 (DSDT Free with Most defaults)
Connected over HDMI to Dell 21" Monitor

Observations
Graphics VRAM Detected = 1536 MB
Chipset Model = Intel HD Graphics (Not Intel HD 4400)
Overall the desktop works very smooth and i notice hardly any flickering
in OS or Chrome or in any other apps. its very negligible but yes that does mean that HD4400
is still being not fully supported and you are not getting QE/ CI or full graphics accelaration.
For me performance is pretty much acceptable as i am getting
Geekbench scores of 6500 on Multicore and 2800 on Single core.
Only major issue i am facing is that the VLC player Does not show any video window and the players
video menu has all settings greyed.( i think its because of same issue)
Same MP4 video files it works PERFECTLY when i watch it in finder's quick look.
Also the same file plays in Quicktime player but the video is jittery.
I have tried many combinations of Bios settings and multibeast boot flags but nothing worked
Like below settings as per 1st link shared above

I've seen Adrian B mentioning about they are working on the support for HD 4440.
Hoping for the same to come by ASAP.
