Hello, I have been reading many post here, I love mac and pcs and I have built many pcs and now I want to build my hackintosh. I was doing my research and I need some help because I think this configuration should work but I'm new at this, please any advice will be a big help to me.

I'll appreciate any suggestions.

Here's a post of similar to your MOBO. It seems that this member went through some rough patches installing with this board. If you can get a gigabyte H55 (socket 1156) board, it would be much easier install for you..Unfortunately the website you've indicated only have ASUS board.

Many core i3 budget builds have used GA-H55M-S2V successfully.

As for memory, many on the forum seem to prefer G. Skill or Corsair brands. Your RAM selection seems a bit pricey for 4GB. Unless you plan to overclock, 1333 speed should be fine for a basic setup.

You have not listed DVDRW drive, so Sony Optiarc is the most used model with no sleep/wake issues.
