Hi friends. I do a Mac High sierra installation in my computer, my setup:

Gigabyte Aorus Z370 Gaming 5
Intel Core i7 8700k
SSD Crucial MSX500 SSD
Seagate barracuda HDD
Gigabyte geforce 1080 8gb
16 gb ram Crucial ballistix

I have had problems configuring the BIOS. In the end I got a guide and I configured it in the following way:
BIOS Settings

  1. Save & ExitLoad Optimized Defaults
  2. M.I.T. → Advanced Memory Settings Extreme Memory Profile(X.M.P.) : Profile1
  3. BIOS → Fast Boot : Disabled
  4. BIOS → LAN PXE Boot Option ROM : Disabled
  5. BIOS → Storage Boot Option Control : UEFI
  6. Peripherals → Trusted Computing → Security Device Support : Disable
  7. Peripherals → Network Stack Configuration → Network Stack : Disabled
  8. Peripherals → USB Configuration → Legacy USB Support : Auto
  9. Peripherals → USB Configuration → XHCI Hand-off : Enabled
  10. Chipset → Vt-d : Disabled
  11. Chipset → Wake on LAN Enable : Disabled
  12. Chipset → IOAPIC 24-119 Entries : Enabled
Based on the GPU you’re using change the following settings:

Dedicated graphics card:
  1. Peripherals → Initial Display Output : PCIe 1 Slot
  2. Chipset → Integrated Graphics : Disabled
The installation run OK. I think that internet runs during the instalation, and after multibeast crash. In multibest i Do this:
  1. Quick Start: UEFI Boot mode
  2. Drivers-->Disk -->3rd PArty Sata
  3. Drivers-->Disk -->3rd PArty eSata
  4. Drivers --> Misc -->FAkeSMC
  5. Drivers --> Misc -->FakeSMC Plugins
  6. Drivers --> Misc -->FakeSMC HWMonitor Application
  7. Drivers --> Misc -->NullCPUPPowerManagement
  8. Drivers --> Network --> Intel --> IntelMausiEthernet v2.4.0
  9. Drivers --> USB --> Remove XHCI USB Port Limit
  10. Drivers --> USB --> USBInjectAll
  11. Bootloaders --> Clover UEFI Boot Mode + Emultaed NVRAM
  12. Customize --> System definitions -->IMac --> IMac 18,3
  13. Ciustomize --> Grapichs --> Nvidia graphics fixup
