assuming you are removing mac and installing a clean version of windows?

boot with windows recovery, delete all partitions and try fresh install

I want windows and all my pictures and documents back. Is there a way to recover them? After I do the disks after formating my drive? And how do I do that?

It's only dell recovery and I can't delete partitions with it

You should have made a backup of your important photos and documents prior to messing around with your partitions...

I just formatted my drive in with disk utility as far. But when I use my recovery disks, it just gets stuck at 32% when it says preparing your hard drive...

OEM recovery disks probably don't expect to find Apple HFS+J partitions...
You should use a retail copy of Windows to install...
