The Ryzen CPUs can be made to run MacOS Catalina and Big Sur using OpenCore as bootloader, provided you use a supported graphics card like the RX 580 or RX 5700 XT.
The RX 6000 series GPUs are not supported on MacOS yet. They may be supported on future versions of MacOS Big Sur. We will have to wait and see.
Please note that if you plan to use an AMD Ryzen system to run MacOS, there are software incompatibilities (e.g. Adobe applications, virtualization software like VMware Fusion) as real Macs don't use AMD CPUs.
