I need a better PSU for a Gigabyte GTX 1060 Mini 6GB.
I currently have the AL-8360BTX 350W.
My current PSU doesn't have a 6-pin connector, and is not powerful enough to run the card anyway.
I am looking for a 600W PSU (or is that overkill?) that is around the same size as the original ( 5.5" x 6.0" x 3.3" ).
Many thanks,
Adil192

Configuration:
  • i5-4440 (not K)
  • 16GB DDR3 RAM
  • Gigabyte GTX 1060 Mini 6GB (soon)
  • Case: CiT Barricade
PS: I need this to be as budget friendly as possible while still being good enough for my GPU at 1080p and heavy PC usage.

Thanks for the quick reply. This is much better than anything I've found. I think I'm going to go with the 650W to make it a bit more future-proof.

Yes, 650W version should be able to handle even a GTX 1080. It's also extremely quiet which is nice. I've used the 450w in a test bench system and I can't hear it even outside of an enclosure/case.
