I have to start my computer twice in order to boot high sierra

I installed macOs high sierra on my pc and everything works perfectly , until I faced this weird problem which is I have to startup my computer twice in order to boot to my desktop.

The first boot is a sort of a boot loop apple logo stays forever so that’s when I force turn off my pc and turn it on again and then It boots.
Please I need help this is a really annoying problem.
