I have Marvericks 10.9.4 already installed - do i have to install it again?

Hi,

first of all nice effort from all of you....
i am trying to make a bootable USB for MAC OS X 10.9.4 with UniBeast
i already have Mac OS X 10.9.4 and but UniBeast says "Selected MAC OS X is in complete"

and when i try to install Mavericks from App Store it says "Already installed do you want to install again..... etc"

so should i install Mavericks again?

just updated OS X Mavericks 2nd time ... downloaded 5GB data on 2Mpbs
still having the same issue

please help??????
