Can I simply download a disc image of a already created hackintosh from somewhere? (Just to make the installation quicker)

No, only use the High Sierra installer downloaded from the Mac App Store. You'll need to customize post install for your specific hardware. You can't use someone else's. Unibeast for High Sierra will be out shortly. You make the HS Unibeast installer with that and use Multibeast post install.

If I create a virtual hard drive on my SSD, will I later be able to move that to an another SSD?

I only have 1 SSD at the moment, I will get another one

You need to download the High Sierra app from the Mac App Store on a Genuine Mac or a Working Hackintosh. If you dont have the both above then you can use a Friends/Families Mac.
