If DVMT-prealloc is not set correctly would El Capitan boot up without a problem?
I think it is set to 128m but i don't know for sure.

What makes you think it is 128mb?
If you had it set correctly, you would know...

I mean El capitan is working but macOS Sierra is not.
I did not change DVMT-prealloc but I think it is set to 128m by factory.
Also window shows 128mb but i don't know if I can trust Windows.

You should read the FAQ regarding DVMT-prealloc...

IMPORTANT!: Contrary to many of the guides you will read, Windows is NOT a valid way to determine what DVMT-prealloc is set to. There is no correlation, especially with Windows 10.

I get this error when I try to change DVMT.

My laptop is from Acer not Asus
I do not have direct bios settings.

I thought I saw ASUS in your profile... If so, thanks for correcting it.

Chances are your BIOS protects from setting the variable. You can check the current value with 'setup_var 0x180'.

DVMT-prealloc is set to 0x1 (32m).
I don't understand why El capitan works but Sierra doesn't.
