I tried to boot via USB but my USB gives me an error

So, I booted via USB and this shows up
Clover does not see the format of APFS. Mojave installation will not complete.
Install High Sierra on an 8GB or more USB drive and boot from it.
Then install the latest version of Clover to your Mojave disk.
Mark the "APFS driver loader" in Clover "Drivers".
Reboot.

I wanted to but I tried to boot via the High Sierra USB and it doesn't seem to work

Mojave requires a processor with SSE4.2 support which your E7500 lacks.
It can be made to work - Use the forum Search tool to look for telemetry-plugin.

So, I decided that for now I'm leaving this world, not because it's annoying but because my PC is old and I can't always solve all the problems alone (I'm not expert, I still have to study how the BIOS/UEFI works). Thank you all, guys, for the support you gave me. I'll be back on Christmas maybe, or whenever I get a new PC.

What you have should work fine with High Sierra.
