I can't boot into my USB installer

The BIOS settings are all set up correctly, dt-V is off and cfg lock is also disabled. i try to boot into the USB, a black screen with asus, is displayed for like 5 minutes. afterwards the message:
APFSStart:1456: Mounting with apfs_efi_osx-748.77.8
efi_container_create:1079: -efi_container_create, Status = 8000000000000007
the screen is stuck here and does nothing for ages. Clover menu won't appear unless i yank out the USB and when it does appear, i reinsert, but the mac os high sierra option is not available.
I saw a thread from earlier with someone with a similar issue, but no one actually posted a fix and because im new to this i didn't really understand what they were talking about.
My system: Pentium G4560, 8GB, GTX 1050ti, asrock b250M-HDV.
can someone please tell me on what to do?

My system: Pentium G4560

Pentium processors are unsupported (Apple do not use them) but may work with a FakeCPUID - Use Search for details.

Clover’s finally booting up now, but only displays boot options for windows. There’s 4 windows options and no Mac os
