No, it is the C930! Interesting – I have an external USB installer and it just won't boot – black screen, restart. I will try the debug. Did you also use the 48Hz patch?

Could it be a CFG Lock issue? I went to disable mine and realized it was already disabled, so I'm guessing the previous owner had already done that, as UEFITool says that it's default state is on for this laptop.
