Hello Community,

I have a small problem with my Hackintosh project. My Mouse is not working, but the Keyboard. I can boot Snow Leopard but I can not click on the install button.
I formatted the hard drive with the terminal in hfs+ Format.
Know someone the solution for my problem, maybe withe a "install" command in the terminal?

Thanks for help!!

My System:

HP Pavilion dv7 Laptop
Intel i7-2630QM @ 2,0GHz
AMD Radeon 7400M
6GB Ram
and MAC OS X 10.6.3 DVD

What kind of mouse is it?

Thanks for the answer!!

I have tested every kind of a mous, USB, touchpad and wireless.

Touchpad is ps2. By wireless mouse I assume you mean USB-wireless (still a USB mouse to the system). Maybe your USB ports are not working? Try USBBusFix=Yes.

I'd recommend installing Mavericks on your system.

Thank you very much for your help!

I tried it, but the command was not working. Do you know a command for "install" ?
I don´t know why my mouse is not working.

Good wishes from Germany,

Hendrik

I'm not sure why you're installing SL anyway. Your hardware sounds recent and probably unsupported by Snow Leopard anyway.

Thank you for your reply.
I saw a video about the installation on my laptop with mac 10.6.
So that must work. :)
I think that I am so near at installation, i will not forget it.
My USB Ports are working. I tested that with the USB Keyboard, but not the mouse.

Do you have any idea?

Thanks for help!

Please provide complete details in your profile.

System: manufacturer/model
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx). For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.
