Hypothetical- Quadro M6000

I use my Hackintosh for 3D rendering with GPU acceleration in OS X, but my Blender projects are becoming larger in scale, and my GTX 970 simply doesn't have the memory to process the scenes I'm working on. So out of curiosity, if I were to invest the $4500 premium to buy a new 24GB Quadro M6000, would it work OOB on OS X?

You could get a Titan X and quadruple your usable Vram and be certain that it will work too.
