A few months ago, I wanted to build a Plex server. So I bought an HP Z220 CMT Workstation on eBay ($180-USD).
Two weeks ago, I planned to use macOS' Photos to manage my photos. I started to study how to build Hackintosh on the Internet. I bought a graphics card (Quadro K5000 $150-USD) on eBay. After a few stupid installations, I finally succeeded in getting the K5000 to work(Dual screen output).
I refer to the following tutorial
I use these tools
MultiBeast 11.3.0 - Mojave
UniBeast 9.2.0 - Mojave
I used these installation parameters
The sound is successfully on the display's speaker via the Display Port. But the built-in sound chip(ALC-211) was not successfully driven (the front & rear audio jack don't work).
In addition, my display card is not a Mac edition. I don't know the difference between the PC edition and the Mac edition in actual use. Can someone tell me?
I found a Chinese store that can help to flash BIOS ROM . But I am not sure if this Mac ROM will work properly. https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/194824/194824
The original BIOS (GD25Q20C) may have to be changed to a larger capacity(GD25Q40C or GD25Q80C).
