I built my second Hackintosh with HP Prodesk 400 G2 Mini, i3-6100T, Intel HD530 graphics. I followed this guide, and this guide to create a bootable USB, and Catalina installed smoothly. I had an issue with the screen went dark right after reaching the login page, and it was fixed by adding this boot-arg; igfxonln=1. Another issue was getting the error message, Real-time Clock Power Loss when the computer was restarted. It was fixed by following this guide.
The current issue is that the computer will not turn off when Catalina was shutdown. The power light and the fan stay on. However the monitor will go to the energy saving mode. In order to turn the computer back on is to turn it off manually then turn it on.
This is where I need your help to figure out how to fix this issue. I attached my EFI folder. Thank you.
