I used the Unibeast 1.5 method to install Mountain Lion on a clean disk.

I had to use the -x -v bootflag to reach the Installation and also for the 1st boot.

Afterwards I used the combination of the HP Probook installer V4 and the Kexts of the V5 Version.

All works perfectly. The Grahic glich I fixed with the programm SwitchResX.

All runs like under Lion.

what about wifi?

Where did you get the kexts for the V5 version, or where is the V5 version available?

I've got it working too. Used the ProBook v4 installer for everything that belongs in the /Extra folder like dsdt.aml etc.. Used the Kexts from the v5 installer.

Had the glitches, used the SwitchResX displayoverride and the glitches fix to solve it. Running smoothly atm.

Everything seems to work, i'll test further to see if everything is ok.

Thanks

One of the problems I seem to have with my 4730s is when I have my ethernet cable plugged in it won't fully boot, I get the apple logo and when I get to the login screen it just hangs at the grey screen instead of showing the login field.

When I take the ethernet cable out and boot I actually get to the login screen.

Anyone else got this?
