You can rebrand any AR9280 or AR9285 card.

Should we change anything in PBI CE about that?

Yes. You should specify the SSDT order in ACPI/SortedOrder. Otherwise, the order of SSDTs loaded will be random.

Hello,
Thank you for your efforts. I have HP Probook i5, 4540s, and I followed all the instructions, but after choosing to boot from > EFI > Boot > BOOTX64.efi it goes to a black screen with Apple logo and the status bar does not give me any progress (please see attached screen shot). Could you please help me and let me know why it freeze on this screen?
I disabled the switchable card, virtualization, fast boot, wake up on lan, and all the required things.
Thank you for your support and help.
Regards,

Did you copy the correct config.plist to /EFI/Clover/config.plist?

Where did you see the info?

Check your config.plist again, many people made mistakes after reading the guide carelessly.

Yes, I used the one in your dropbox account:

Is that correct?

Which one? Post your EFI folder if you want anyone to check for you.

Also,

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature
(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

System: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.
