HP ProBook Installer 6.1: 4x30s and 4x40s support

HP ProBook Installer 6.1 (beta): Ivy bridge support

Okay I'll update what I did step-by-step;
  1. Opened S/L/E
  2. Dragged kext to trash, entering password
  3. Ran KextUtility
  4. Shut down
  5. Powered back on
  6. When logged on, put to sleep
  7. Woke up and logged back in
  8. View system information and posted

On a separate note, I changed the vendor and product IDs in the kext and saw no results for bluetooth :(

I have HDMI audio working on the ProBook 4340s with edited Capri and DSDT. I took the DSDT from the installer and have patched for WiFi card and HDMI audio only - do you want the kext to be included in the next installer?

You should use console to verify that it is loading. Filter for 'IOath3kfrmwr'... You put the IDs in the Info.plist in decimal (not hex), right?

Funny thing, hexadecimal.. Didn't work in the .plist but decimal did! :D
Mac can be found by a phone scanning, but for I don't have the option to turn it on and off now - is there a way to fix this?
Also, bluetooth is not available after sleep it appears - oh wait my bad, after a minute it sorts itself out.

Does the BT in the 4530s have the option of turning off and on?

You mean in BIOS? Yes, and it doesn't work...

I meant in the Bluetooth panel in System preferences - I was wondering if following not shy's guide for waking up from sleep might help, but there again that's for broadcom radios.

Nope -- it is gray/disabled.

Hey philip_petev, I've attached my SSDT.aml for i5-3210M. It's working great and I have been testing it for about 4 days now and there is no errors. It is generated by ssdtPRGen. I duplicated the last P-State and now, I'm getting these P-States:
Code:
12 16 25 26 27 28 29 31
If you want to add it to the installer, it would be a great addition.
