HP Probook Clover Boot Glitch and Lag

When I start my hp Probook 4540s i Get this glitch where the loading circle is stretched out. Also When the apple logo transitions from the boot screen to the desktop it lags. I posted a video on youtube to show what it looks like:

In the Video its hard to see the lag from the transition

Im using the clover bootloader in uefi mode

My specs:
HP Probook 4540s
Intel Core i3 2.4GHz
Intel HD Graphics 4000
120gb kingston SSD
