HP Probook 6470b Graphics & Sound Not Working On High Sierra

I have installed High Sierra on my HP Probook 6470b and the install process was smooth. It boots well, but graphics and sound does not work.
Wifi doesn't work too, can't see battery information/status.
How do I solve this?
