HP probook 4740s with wifi problem

TOTALLY IN THE WRONG PLACE, BUT I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHANGE THE LOCATION OF THIS

Hi,

My HP probook4740s with yosemite is doing nicely. until i decided to shut off the wifi for a moment. now turned on it will not see any wifi networks anymore. it all seems to be working fine, but it cannot detect the wifi netwerk is has always been attached to. on a cable i have no problem, but that is no long term solution.

who has any experience with this?

Press the button on the keyboard deck to toggle WiFi back on. Be patient as the LED does not reflect current state of power.
